Our Warranty Policy
Standard warranty policy is 12 months/12,000 miles on parts and 6 months /6,000 miles on labor.
Excluded items are premium brake pads and shoes which carry a 3 year/36,000 mile parts warranty.
Transmission and engine overhauls are 12/12 both parts and labor. Remanufactured engines and transmissions will carry a minimum of 3/36 parts and labor warranty.

Bob Orr - Owner of John's Automotive Service Since January of 2001, his background is all auto repair related since high school. Past employment positions range from technician to VP of Sales. A considerable amount of Bob's past was dedicated to technical training of Automotive Air Conditioning, Steering and Suspension Repair. Training that was offered to technicians of repair shops primarily in Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin with limited training visits to Michigan and Indiana.
